Return/Exchanges for Online Purchases ONLY

An item may be returned or exchanged when purchased online within 30 days of original purchase if unworn and unaltered (item has not been sized to fit customer’s specifications, etc.).  We will only allow one ring size adjustment within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 Days, we will charge to size ring. Credit will only be given upon inspection by our jewelry professional team when item is returned to our store location. Item needs to be unworn to receive full credit.  For exchange, customer may email or call (352) 686-5515.
