Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days depending
on below deadlines:
– Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start
processing on next day.
– 2 day and next day orders must be placed by 12:30PM EST to start processing the same day. Orders received after 12:30PM EST or on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day.
– During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing
times may be longer.
*Domestic includes the 48 continental states of the United States; Shipping rates may increase for Hawaii & Alaska.

When Will My Order Ship?

Each product on Nature Coast Jewelers has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days assuming the item is in-stock. Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped, in stock availability and if item is backordered. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit for in-stock items. We would notify you within 24-48 hours of in-stock availability during business hours Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. If an item is to be backordered, we will notify you of this event and an approximate date of arrival. Customers would need to cancel any backorders at time of notification from a Nature Coast Jewelers representative to receive full credit.

Business days are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm EST and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

Will I be notified once my order is shipped?

We will notify you when you order ships with tracking information and the approximate timeframe via email. On larger purchases, we may require a signature for drop off.
